How an event comes together
- Tell us about the event. The date, venue, headcount and what you need on screen and in the room. A rough idea is enough to start.
- Get a quote. We reply within one business day with questions, a recommended setup and a price for the gear, crew and days on site.
- Delivery and install. Our crew brings everything, builds it and tests every screen, light and speaker before doors.
- Show day. The same crew runs the screens, sound and lighting through the event and handles anything that comes up.
- Strike. When the event ends we take it all down and out, so the venue gets its room back on time.

It supplies and runs the screens, sound and lighting an event needs. We bring LED walls, LED signage, lighting and sound, set them up, run them during the event and strike them at the end. Our sister brands add content, interactive pieces and full brand activations when you need them.
It depends on the screen size, the number of days, the crew, venue access and distance. For a sense of scale, our LED signage rents from $100 to $450 per day, and LED walls, lighting and sound are quoted per event. Send your date and venue and we reply within one business day.
